Tulalip Townhomes
The Tulalip Townhomes Project is more than just a housing development; it's a foundation for stability and a commitment to the well-being of our Tribal community. The Tulalip Tribes are proud to announce this new housing initiative, designed to meet the urgent need for affordable, stable homes for our low-income Tribal members.
Located on Mission Beach Avenue on Tulalip Bay, this thoughtfully planned community will feature twelve brand-new townhomes. Built with care and attention, the townhomes will offer a mix of two- and three-bedroom units, providing a safe, long-term haven for:
- Individuals and couples.
- Families with children.
- Households with members living with disabilities.
Who Will These Homes Serve?
The Tulalip Townhomes are specifically designed to serve low-income Tribal members who are seeking housing stability, including:
- Tribal members earning 50–60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
- Families with children under 18.
- Households with disabled family members.
- Homes will be designed to accommodate up to eight family members per unit.
We understand that stable housing is the first step toward a brighter future. That's why residents of Tulalip Townhomes will have direct access to wraparound services through the Village of Hope and other essential Tribal programs.
These vital services are designed to:
- Support family goals and build self-sufficiency.
- Connect residents to critical resources for health, education, and employment.
- Build a strong foundation for long-term success and well-being.
